The Questionnaire
We want to find out how we can better plan communities to be inclusive of people with disabilities and/or chronic illness.
This questionnaire is to learn what inclusive community means to you and to learn about your community.
Who is it for?
We are interested in hearing from people with disabilities and/or chronic illness, local council staff, local community organisations, local businesses, planners/ architects/developers and other general community members.
Everyone who lives, works or studies in the Clarence City Council and the Greater Hobart or Gympie Regional Council area
People 18 years and over
How to complete the Questionnaire?
