QUT is working with two chosen local regional councils:
Clarence City Council, Tasmania
and
Gympie Regional Council, Queensland.
The research is about planning communities to be inclusive of people with disabilities.
People with a disability can be any age, race, gender and class.
Everyone experiences disability in their life.
You may have a disability.
You may know someone with a disability.
This project will go for 3 years.
We will ask community members about what inclusive community means to them.
This will help us to learn how we can make communities inclusive for everyone.
